John became a Realtor after a career in the Home Furnishings Industry. In 2000, he joined his partner, Eric Sain GRI, AHWD, C2EX, already a real estate industry veteran at their West Palm Beach office. By 2002, they were the top producing team in that office. 

John and Eric have renovated historic homes and are familiar with historic guidelines, the building permit process, architects and contractors throughout the Palm Beaches. 

They also have an extensive background in new home constuction; guiding their clients in land selection, elevation choices and finish selections.

These North Carolina natives love to share the vast real estate options available in South Florida.
